normalize

  • normalize(value: string): string

  • This function normalizes values from VSCode's localizations, which often contain additional mnemonics (&&). The normalization removes the mnemonics from the input string.

    Parameters

    • value: string

      Localization value coming from VSCode

    Returns string

    A normalized localized value
